My journey can help yours

I have gone through 2 major transitions in my career. After 30 years in upper middle management in corporate America, I moved to a “helping” profession of being a pastor for 11 years. Three years ago I left that and went out on my own as a leadership coach.

I’ve spent 3 years learning about transitions, applying strategic frameworks to my own journey, and growing in my self-awareness and desires for the future. My mission now is to help people flourish and be everything they are meant to be.

I will help you discover how you are made, what your unique gifting is, and some of your dreams and desires. Let me help you think more expansively about what may be ahead.

Logistics —

New cohort starting September 12, 2025

  • Meets every other Friday at 12 Noon (CDT) via Zoom

  • Runs for 10 weeks (5 sessions)

Pricing —

  • $200 per group session (includes 1 coaching session during the cohort)

  • Additional coaching sessions: $225

  • 10% off if paid up front for the 5 sessions
